Principal Investigator
We are a research group affiliated with the CMR, the Wallenberg Laboratory and the Gothenburg Mathematical Modeling Center (GMMC).
One of the most central problems in cancer systems biology is to support the development of new targeted cancer therapies that selectively compensate for the effect of oncogenic (cancer-causing) mutations.
In our work, we exploit the use of anticancer drug combinations as a major, though rarely attempted, therapeutic opportunity. Working in cancer cell lines, we combine drug perturbation experiments with computational modeling to identify new anticancer drug combinations.
